1.Four pillars type structure.The material of master cylinder is QT500-7, The material of piston is Chilled alloy cast iron ,max pressurization can achieves 20Mpa ,high strength, good wearability.It is independently controlled on both sides.
2.PLC,hydraulic and electric combined intelligent control, automatic intelligent constant temperature,automatic deflation function , the number of deflation , the pressure of deflation and stuffiness time and deflation stroke is adjustable ; curing pressure and curing time is adjustable,greatly reduces the difficulty of maintenance in the future.
3. Two kinds of working condition are hand control and automatic control,it can realize opening and closing mold fast. work efficiency is improved, slow mode-locked, fully protect the mold.
